The Final Ramp

We finished our ramp just on time. It was originally measured to be 24 ft but it turned out to be 36 ft. After a few added struggles, we got it finished!

Baby fix

I got my baby fix today! 5 weeks old and adorable. It was hard to focus on working with all of the cute kids running around and wanting to play!

Jesus Reframes our past.

Tonight we had the opportunity to focus in on peter.  Peter is wild.  Quick to speak, sometimes slow to listen.  Jumps both feet in. Corrects Jesus puplically?  Denies Christ.  Then not only is forgiven but becomes one of the strongest leaders on the church.  How can Jesus reframe your past.  Change your present and lead you into your future.  Lots of confession tonight.  Parents.  Please ask about it.  We all could use some help after repentance.

I have been on a dozen mission trips and I am in awe of how teenagers (and) adults begin to notice how much we ignore our faith in our daily walk with Christ.  I just listened to twenty guys share scripture insights, acknowledge the need for scripture and figure out ways to get into the word more often.  😀 revelation: we need to do better as a church to nurture these needs.  Myself included.
